At Revati Dry Fruits, we are committed to delivering premium-quality dry fruits and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on dry fruits, nuts, seeds, or other food items once they have been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • An incorrect product

  • A defective or spoiled item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at revatidryfruits@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund

  • Store credit

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and other edible products

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Products with damaged or removed original packaging

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. We do not offer exchanges for personal preference, taste, or change of mind.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
